Summer Transfer thread: In's and Out's?

This summer is expected to be one of Liverpool's busiest.

Although figures of £40-£50 million have been bandied about, the new Liverpool chairmen have merely pledged to back Rafa in the transfer market.

So, keep this thread to the point, and who do you think should be leaving Anfield, and who should we get?

Dudek     -   free

Hyppia     -   £1m


coming in :-
Eto'o     -     £18m
Villa        -    £22m
Alves     -     £14m
and some more promising youngsters who will never get near the first team.

Sell Riise, he's a crap defender with an embarrassing chant. His sole contribution to are team is to score 3 or 4 screamers a season apart from this he can't defend or cross a ball or beat a man. We should also get rid of Kewell he is a complete waste of space and he has robbed his wages from the club since he joined us.

Anyway Rafa is strict if he can bring Bellers and Jermaine onto the scene and already Jermaine has changed his attitude them I'm sure he can do the same with Dani Alves

A bit of a anti-Riise campaign on this thread.  Is he really that bad? 

I know he isn't world class but he does put the bejesus up opposition teams who tend to back off him and he does score some crucial goals. I don't think he is the world's worst defender.

I think he does a good job.  Certainly worth keeping.

I like Riise, lets start a "KEEP RIISE CAMPAIGN' 

Love Riise!! Anyone know how Le Tallec is getting on? Any merit in bringing him back? FSP looks sharp at the moment.

So you'd leave us with only Crouch, Eto'o and Voronin as our strikers? Kuyt, IMO is a workhorse, but needs a poacher alongside him to benefit from the work he puts in. He hasn't done his job badly, he just hasn't had the right partner, and someone in the mould of Eto'o or Villa would be perfect for him. Whilst I accept the points made by some about Bellamy, I still believe he is good enough to be a squad player.

My ins & outs would be:

OUT:

Cisse - Probably about £6m now
Fowler - Free. Legend player, but hasn't looked after his body well enough
Zenden - £1m. Apparently PSV are willing to pay this for him. Personally I wouldn't pay a penny for him
Dudek - Hopefully We could still get £1-2m for him
Sinama-Pongolle - Probably to Recreativo. Apparently we might let him go for nothing in return for 1st option on their players in future
Le Tallec - Never done anything and was prone to throwing his toys out of the pram. Someone in France might pay £1m for him
Kewell - Great player, never fit. Maybe Spurs will still want him

IN:

Villa - Would cost an arm & a leg, but worth every penny IMO. 1 in 2 ratio through his career, even when playing with small clubs, and great all round play
Alves - Probably about £15m now, shame we couldn't have pushed a bit harder for him last summer
Pedersen - Has really impressed me since he joined Blackburn & I feel he could make the step up to a bigger club

The three incoming transfers could be bought for £50m IMO, with maybe a couple of promising youngsters for a couple of mill. Realistically I believe the outgoing transfers can raise £10m between them, all of which should be within our budget this summer.

Im not seriuosly reading this about Bellamy, Kuyt and Riise leaving am I???. Riise might not be the best left back in the world but he is good and he is dedicated. Bellamy hasnt had a fair chance anf Kuyt has been one of the players of the season he never stops working he always puts team before himself.

INS: David Villa- No more than about £30m though
       Juninho- Heard he could be available on free transfer(the lyon player not the Middlesbrough reject)
       Frank Ribery- Quality player better than diver Alves
      Raul- Only if we can get him on a free

OUTS: Le Tallec- Never been good enough
          Zenden- About as useful as Cheyrou was
          FSP- Already said he doesnt want to come back
          Cisse- More interested in himself than the team(Bolton are olny team who want him so cant see more than £5m for him)
          Fowler- Not going to be able to help the team unfourtunatly
          Hyypia- great buy and great serviceman to the club but Agger is now the better player
          Dudek- For me his last game was the Champo League final

          The most important signings of the summer will be Jamie Carragher, Steven Gerrard, Xabi Alonso and Steve
          Finnan on new contracts. I think Scott Carson should be no1 next season

Just watched a lot of videos on Wesley Sneijder and read a lot of comments about him, and based on what i have seen and read about him, i have come to this conclusion, WE MUST SIGN HIM! He can use both feet, can play both wings and in the centre aswell i think, takes his man on, scores goals for fun given the chance, can score some beautiful free-kicks and he is only 22!

in: carsons, quaresama / simao , eto , bent and good cover at centre half maybe anton ferdinand or Raul Albiol

Seen glimpses of Sneijder and he looks good. Only a young man. Hes definately to good for Ajax. Hes a Champions League player but Ajax arent a Champions League team. Would be a brilliant signing
