Football fans will be able to watch Liverpool take on Real Madrid at special screenings of the UEFA Champions League Final across the city next weekend.
While many fans will no doubt be flying to France to see the match in person, others who can’t make the trip will be looking for an alternative way to enjoy seeing Liverpool go head to head with Real Madrid for the title.
Bars and restaurants across the city have been busy planning some huge events to celebrate the game, from a fan park at the M&S Bank Arena to barbecues and giant screens in beer gardens.

https://www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/whats-on/whats-on-news/places-you-can-watch-champions-23991092When I worked on Lark Lane, Love & Rockets used to be our local. (mainly because we'd get the odd free pint from the staff there). But I never found it a great place to watch the match - but I don't really like watching the match in any pub. Atmosphere may be great but too dickheads who just wanna get pissed and make the night about them rather than watching the game. Conny Sq is a F***ing dive of a place but will be heaving all day and night. And most, if not all, of the places there will be showing the match. So Soho, McCooleys, Einsteins, Yankees and the rest will have it on. Most of town to be fair will have it on and be chocker.
But it seems like everyone is saying the same thing - wherever you're going, get there early. And it probably looks best to find a place and stay there rather than needing £10-20 tickets for five or six different venues.
