How fast's your broadband?

It was SUPPOSED to be ~40mb on December 31st when BT Infinity came to my area, but the cu*ts have gone and moved it back to...

Bunch of American cu*ts I had to deal with when I first moved here. Took me forever to sort it out and have good internet.

That's exactly it. I expected my download to at least be in the 20's. The upload is about right, though.

Excellent asynchronous broadband.   We don't have much of that over here in the UK just yet.  It's a real shame and it obviously causes the UK to really lag behind when it comes to content creation.  We just can't upload fast enough.

Ahh fair enough, that makes sense. Still your upload speed is huge, mine's on half a meg.

There's Virgin Cable in my street but it only runs up to 3 doors away from mine then stops!

Getting better I guess. Was told I couldn't get better than 2mb/s at my house so I'm happy!

Considering I am on 10meg broadband that doesn't seem too bad, especially as I have 4 other people on my network.

On wireless, plus downloading something.
