During the night it usually get's too 30mb



Usual outcome.

Wireless router isn't the best - far better when plugged directly in.

Anyone know a good replacement cable router

Are you using a Super Hub?! If you are then a Netgear 'N' wireless router.

Getting a perfectly reasonable 18Mbps sitting in the back garden.

Virgin Media should be doubling mine between March-April to 100Mb for free, happy days!

Hate Sky, we have them and Virgin, got the Sky broadband free with the TV package and thank god! Lucky to get 3MBs, cant have a laptop and a mobile connected at the same time or it just dies.

Had to also go for Virgin 50Mb to meet mine and my brothers gaming needs

I've just recently changed to Sky as it was the best deal for me at the minute and have to say I'm pleasantly surprised.

Was getting around 8mb/s with my previous supplier but now getting as much as 12mb/s with Sky.

Surprised so many have Sky broadband. I thought most of the forum disliked Sky .

After 1 hour and 9 minutes on a premium number with them... I finally have the speed I'm paying for, for how long, god only knows...

Has seemed sluggish for a day or two so thought I'd test.

High load on their servers that, I got it in August 2011, and they gave me a fix date of March 2012, then kept changing it till November 2012, finally had enough, told them I was leaving and like magic it was fixed.

Now I've had it reduced from the 100Mb speed to 30Mb, no way I am paying them that sort of money for their reliability.

Where do you got to get those speed thingies?

Iam swapping from virgin to BT in the next few days, there cheaper and there also saying that when Imfinity is installed it will rival Virgins fibre optic, so I'd like some figures to shove in there face if there telling lies.
