He had a great game, filling in superbly at such short notice.

After every match he plays, I seem to admire him even more.

I think he was a real contender for man of the match.

His positioning, tackling and reading of the game was brilliant (as per). He was even playing around some good pin point passes.

The guy is playing like he is 30 years old :D

I think this season in terms of each CB that Sami has been on the best form when he is called upon.

I love him as well mate. You're spot on.

You just can't praise the man enough. A genuine LFC legend.

It speaks volumes when he's warming up at home and the Kop are in full voice singing his name.

Although hes a little sluggish now, he's still a great defender, he performance was amazing, I thought MOD on Saturday night highlighted his perfomance well. Always in the place where he need to be, making tackles and blocks. He passing wasn't half bad either!!

What a player, Liverpool Legend for sure!

Oh Sami Sami Sami Sami Sami Sami Hyypia  :scarf:

He seems to get better with age..............like a good bottle of wine  ;D

Was very impressed with his contribution on Saturday, blocked out several dangerous situations. There's no substitute for experience.

      Nice one Sami lad  ;)

      Legend!

Whenever he's called upon, he never disappoints.
Hope he'll be associated with Liverpool FC for his whole life.
