Chrimbo Special on in a few mins...

Really disappointed in this.  Have looked forward to it for weeks, a real let down 

Not a bit funny and very maudlin.

Saying that, Mel will be really missed, his part was really funny in the series.

RIP Geoffrey Hutchings

I didn't know either, seems he died in July this year from a 24-hour virus     He was fine Wednesday lunchtime and had passed away by the following Thursday morning.  He was 71.

Shame that 

Yeah was a real let down tonight! Maybe they cut down on the humour as a Mark of respect for Mel.

Hope the new series is as funny as the rest.
