Three things you like & dislike about Rafa?

Like:

1) His tactical brain - can undo and outwit any opposition.
2) His patience - if many of us were in his position we'd have either of left or commited either murder or suicide by now.
3) Always looking to improve and planning for the future.

Dislike:

1) Not buying in some vital areas for the team (noted that he hasn't been financially backed and hasn't had things made easy)
2) Not giving some players a run in the team to bed in better. (Cough Ryan Babel Cough)
3) Bringing everyone back for corners.

Like:
1. Tactical nouse (kicking manc scums arse in their own back yard last season to name one match)
2. Un-selfless defence of the club & players
3. Torres
+ a hell of a lot more

Dislike:
1. Some sh1te player buys
2. Publicly wanting Barry last season (forcing Alonso to leave this season)
3. Squad rotation just as we are getting settled with current 11.

Like:
1. Master tactician
2. Master in mind games
3. Loves the club and appreciates the boot room tradition

Dislike:
1. Stubborn.
2. Defending corners without defenders at the posts, and we've conceded a few.
3. Not changing his game plan earlier whenever we are trailing and we ran out of time a couple of times.

Ohh 1 dislike I just remembered. In his post-match interviews he always says the exact same thing.

"Yeah the team worked hard, had a good mentality and played really well. We knew it would be tough coming here and scoring goals, but before the game we were talking about creating chances and getting the right mentalilty into the players. We knew if we created a lot of chances, we would score goals."

"Yeah, we always knew it would be tough coming here. We played agaisnt a good team, but we made mistakes. If you make mistakes, good teams willl punish you. We didn't create a lot of chances. If you don't create chances, you cannot score goals and you cannot win games."

Its always along the same lines. I reckon Rafa is a robot with pre-recorded interview lines.

Like

1. His Love for the Club
2. Bringing the best of so-called (by media, not me) average players like Finnan, Carragher, Riise etc
3. Hilarious interviews

Dislike
1. Not showing enough faith on British players (Bellamy, Crouch, Pennant)
2. Standing up for his favorite players like Kuyt and Lucas, even when they're on poor form

Nothing much really.. One thing for sure. I love the man and i want him to stay for many many years to come.

Likes:    1.  He understands the history of the club and what it stands for    i.e Hillborough
            2.  He loves the fans and the city
            3.  Fernando Torres 
            4.  His interviews

Dislikes:  1.  His stubborness
              2.  His lack of celebration when we score


Other than that, I love the man to bits and want him to stay for a very long time 

I like his beard, it makes him look like a dashing, rogueish matador.

I don't like zonal marking.

Likes.

1.  Knows the game and knows how to play each team individually.
2. Tactical master.  He's like a Chess Player..always looking ahead
3.  Knows what it means to be Liverpool Football Club and supports the Fans.
4.  2005...Istanbul. They won. Enough said.

Dislikes.

1.  Doesn't seem to get a hold of "set pieces". His defence on corners is a bit aggravating.
2.  Gets involved in the Business aspect of LFC..Would really prefer he cocentrated on the Players and game.
3.  Weird substitutions..Either to early or to late.

Likes.

1.Love of the Club. Understands History. Is committed and so is his family

2.Tactics. Attention to detail. Won't accept second best or prima donnas and is his own man. Oh... and he can bring in Torres.

3.Takes anybody on, is honest, Love his funny rebuffs. Calling Sir Alex 'Mr Fergusson' and wearing a tracksuit at a match amongst many.


Dislikes.



1. Would love to see some youth tried out as Subs.......Nemeth Spearing...etc

2. Sometimes too cautious perhaps.

3. Is fast becoming the newspaper's  first port of call for gossip or controversy after the Alex spat.....

Likes:
1. His tactical acumen.
2.His composure even if the team scores or a goal is conceded.
3. He does not need to chew gum to a fresh breath.
Dislikes:
1. Playing players who are out of form all the time.
2. Not playing players who are in-form.
3. None. .

Like - The way he always uses the following words.......squad, focus, my idea is, for sure,clearly,its good for him...good for us 
Master Tactician
Always focused on the team/club and whats best for it.

Dislike - Nothing really apart from some of the signings, but all managers make mistakes

LIKES:
- always has faith in the club and the players
- brings in the right sorta player for the mentality of the club (i.e. no wankers) also meanin he gets the club
- continues to perform even when the structure above him is completely fu**ed (owners etc)

DISLIKES:
- Late subs
- not playin by form
- not giving youth squad enough of a break into the first team.

Loads more likes not rli any more dislikes...

Likes:
1) Will rarely criticize a player in public
2) The way he can wind up anyone without even having to try!
3) Will always fight for whats in the best interests of the club and the fans (i.e. Not taking sh*t from the owners.)

Dislikes:
1) Stubborness (although that can be good at times)
2) Subs
3) Pushed to think of a 3rd, seems to be a difficult man to get along with. Again though has best interests of the club at heart.

Love how everyones dislikes are basically the same, but the likes are all different, just shows how great the man is!

I dislike Rafa's big fat belly - he's piled it on since he came.
I also dislike that stupid goatee. I think they should be outlawed. I used to have a beast of a goatee!
I dislike when someone like Riera plays sh*t, isn't arsed, gets subbed on 65 minutes, and Rafa shakes hands with him as he comes off. Should be glaring at them when they're not putting a shift in, not congratulating them!

I like his cheeky smile.
I also like that no-one fazes him. No-one at all.
And I like that he gave us the Istanbul DVD to watch. Traore in a box and everything (as Phil Thompson would say - he finishes every sentence with it).

Likes:

Dislikes:
1) The way Robbie Keane was treated
2) The post match "we created alot of chances" after the defeats
3) Selling Alonso
4) Not telling those yank pricks to f**k off
