FIFA 10 LFC Reds League (PS3)

I click join and it says your DNF% is too high to join the league.

Probably exactly what it says on the tin mate.

When the league was set up there may have been an option for that, I'm not sure.

There was probably a limited DNF selected by JD when creating the league.
