Why the F**k did my mum put a Liverpool shirt on me 18 years ago. Bound to a life of agonizing disapointment sprinkled with the odd bit of hope.

I don't know how many more of his 9 lives Rafa has got left but we can't keep putting this down to the owners - we've got to really start to consider what Rafa brings to the party and if anyone else could do a better job...

Once again, todays result had nothing to to with the owners!!!

Agreed. The problem is he has got too many average players that's not physical enough for the game. Something is horribly wrong with the tactics. Dump the coaches as well. Positioning and movement of players in opposition box is shocking. Not to mention the shooting.

Most of you lot should get your coats.

Being gutted after a loss is understandable, regretting being a fan of Liverpool is utterly pathetic.

ffs.. we only played (and this is because sunderland pulled back) only the last 10 mins. and we took a shot on target in the 87th min , that was a very very very bad performance , , we lost the double games we lost all  last season in the first 10 games , with this pace we will be in the bottom half of the table , we cannot  always blame luck because of gerrard and torres being injured , pure simple .WE WERE SH*T today , end of

Get rid of Babel in January. I'd rather have Eccleston there and he's only played about 5 games for the reserves.

It does sort of.  They stole £14M out of the value of the squad this summer.

We were the only Premiership team not to score today.  :(

Yes, I'm extremely disappointed with the result and with the performance.

But it's one game, we need to pick ourselves up now and not dwell on this, we need to think about the next game, nothing we can do now to change this result.

I also hope we've learnt a very valuable lesson today.

Just hope Stevie and Fernando will be fit for Tuesday.
