      West ham fined £5.5 millions...

I don't like the bit where it says that if they were in a confortable position in the middle of the table they would have point deducted but etc....That sentence just show how bad this had been handled. If you are guilty you are guilty! top or bottom of the table, you should get what you deserved in accordance of the crime. The point that the new owners didn't know is irrelevant, he should have checked every transactions made to make sure everything was fine and legal, Tevez and Mascherano signing both at West Ham should have sound suspicious, not disrespect to West ham but these two player are Argentines internationals, starts of the World Cup.

I have sympathy for the fans as they are usually a good bunch, but any top side would have had points deducted and be made an example for that so why doing something different for West Ham? because they are on the relegation battle? They are found guilty so surely Tevez cannot keep playing for them now isn't? Does Charlton and Sheffield won't feel a bit let down there?

      your thoughs...

I'm not exactly sure what they did. Was it something to do with international clearance for the two?

It's utter bo11ox the way the F.A. have handled this again.
Why, if the punishments suits, have they not had points deducted ? - it's the usual soft approach by the F.A.
If they were mid table, then yes points would have been deducted, but because they are in the relegation mix then no points deducted  ???
£5.5m fine is a lot of money, but even if they finish bottom of the league, then they still earn approx. 4 times that amount from the TV income.

Send them down and sack the old farts at the F.A.
