Hi all, I have recently moved to LIVERPOOL to live with my girl and as I would say a lot of you lads cant get tickets for matches, I would love some suggestions on where is good to watch a game around town, so far I have been going to O'neills and Carragher's and would love some other suggestions

The White Star just around the corner from Mathew Street is a spot-on boozer for watching games in.

The Huyton Park is a red pub. If you are a red and do not wear earings like Liberace and are not from scumchester, you will be made welcome.... House rules will be explained, do not deviate from them.

The Quiet Man in Huyton with Roby is a boss pub. Well it was in the seventies and eighties. We are still there and have a top of the range radio on a stool. There is a digi box but no sky sports so we make the game up and watch Everton on itv4 in the europa sh*te. It is an education to visit this fine establishment. The managers name is Shameless, he used to be Irish.............say no more..

Watched the game at the weekend in the First National.

Filled with reds, bit of drink spillage when we scored our second.  Seemed allright.

the stanley arms in huyton used to be quality untill it got all done up - watched 05 and 06 finals in there - never seen a place more packed and felt a better atmosphere in a pub before.

I hate watching the game in town, it's much better staying local or going by the ground.

I've never watched the match in Town. I don't really like watching it in any pubs either. Fellas who start moaning about Benitez, Ngog, Insua, Lucas, Kuyt  etc from the first whistle just get right under my nose. Plus the blueshites all come out to see us hopefully lose and if we do they're unbearable to be around.
