      Ipod not recognized

      When plugging in my ipod shuffle via usb it says usb device not recognized and automatically installs it as a unknown driver. I have tried the 5r's still no fix. Its not the wire as on a mates computer the usb works fine, any suggestions ?

      Vista should automatically search for, download, and install the drivers for USB devices.

      That's some weird sh*t.

      Yeah apple dont help it does it automatically installs it as an unknown driver.
