I have no idea why this though has just entered my mind, however:

Is it just me, or did anyone else always want Dick Dastardly and Muttley in Wacky Races to have the pleasure of winning just one race. Maybe it was just my evil side coming out as a child.

Going waaaaaaaay back for me,  Hectors House.  Dusty mop
The Clangers... way out there that was.  the soup dragon, (stolen by a shoddy group)
Chorlton & the wheelies "alo likkle old lady"  Starter for 10 can any one remember the witches name (how sad am I?!?)
Captin Pugwash!  how did they get away with that?   "Seaman Stains" & "Master Baits"  some serious sniggering must have gone on when they missed those at the BBC.
Ludwig.  strange crystal shaped character who played a violin
      Wacky Racers. -
      Stop the Pigion
      Bailey's Commits
      Dangermouse - Golly DM!!
Arabian nights (Size of a Buffalo!) that was on the Banana Splits

I could go on but it brings a tear to my eye.

& there was nothing wrong with Ivor the Engine!!  ("come on Ivor, lets go down to Grumbly Gas Works,  Bar, Bar Bar said Ivor")  Magic days!!

Aye, the witches name was Fanella and that Ludwig character was F***ing bilge!! Does anyone remember the badly dubbed foreign sh*te during the summer hols like....The flashing Blade and The boy from Lapland? Utter arse!!!! >:(

      Anyone remember this?

One of my fav's as a child. Loved it I did.

      Didn't realise this though:

"Zzzap (rendered ZZZap!) is a British children's television programme that was aimed primarily at deaf children."

      Yeah mate!

      Quality it was.

I remember my Mum saying once that she used to worry about me because I was transfixed by it so much!
