Couple of mates went yesterday and stupidly only set off from Belfast about 10 so couldn't get a good spot when they got up their. They still said it was class though. Glad you enjoyed it Si!

Off to Chester now, running the Half Marathon this morning. Aim to get it done in under 1 hour 50 minutes. Not sure how that will work out.

Never going to get a good spot at that time of the morning!

We have a family friend who has a holiday home right on the circuit just after Church Corner so we had a prime spot. Made the day even better.

Good luck with the run mate.

Would your opinion of me increase or decrease if I told you I lived just over the causeway about 5 minutes from Sanibel? ;D

That's a deal Jon. But be careful....people come here and they decide they never want to leave. You'd have to drag me kicking and screaming to take me away from here. ;)

      What makes you say that?

Genuine question, and I'd be open to any scientific documentation as to why it is.
I'm currently reading a lot about it as my doc has put me on a gluten free diet.

Modern health buzz word it may be but many would argue it's far from a sham.

      Enjoy the digging shabs!!
