So after a very hectic couple of months with losing my Mum, my daughter Lauren gets married tomorrow, it will be an emotional day and we have a seat where Mum would have been with her photograph.

Pretty crap weather for the middle of July and the wedding is supposed to be outside, so I've got me thermals ready just in case

I just hope Lauren has a beautiful day and I'm sure my Mum will be looking down on her with love.

Just back from the Simon & Garfunkel Story at the Opera House, Belfast. James Pattison (Paul)..Adam Bradshaw ( Art).

Brilliant altogether, standing ovation. Don't normally go to see tribute like bands etc but this was well worth it. Great back up story right from their early days of S & G meeting at school. Well worth going if it's in your area.

Rotting in a tub chair… bought a new expensive memory foam mattress two months ago to replace my old springy one… well I suspect it’s the thing that’s absolutely destroyed my lower back the last month… so much so I had to get a 2 weeks sick note today because I was literally useless at work yesterday… doctor said the amount of people coming in with back problems after getting memory foam is unreal and my girfriend is a receptionist at a chiropractors, and she said they told her NEVER go memory foam… so that’s in the process of being returned now… but my god this is the most uncomfortable I’ve ever been in my life, any movement hurts… even washing my hands etc there’s a pain…
