I've resisted...just, still got a decision to make though, do I serve it with kiwi fruit or strawberries?
Well strawberries would be my call personally.

      Waiting for MOTD.

I got so hyper after the match, that my lad brought me down a "relaxant in a rizla".

Going to have that and a couple, or few, more drinks watching MOTD and hope they haven't got arseholes like Kilbane on there. The tw*t.

About to watch the Ricky Burns fight, then MOTD after a very successful day trip up the west coast including lunch at The Drovers Inn. Couple of pints in the local and home to watch the mighty redmen march on.

      Now for the boxing...

Thanks boys. When we last went he got weighed and has put on a kilo which has got to be a positive.

At face value you wouldn't know there was anything wrong with him and he says his stomach feels absolutely fine now.

All you can do mate is take the positive news and keep on fighting - use the good days to sustain you through the tougher ones till you're out the other side.

Fingers crossed he comes out the other side and you all look back on this as a bad memory.

Waiting for the shops to open so I can go get food that doesn't need prep time, cooking time or clearing up time.

Full focus on sport today, 2 big matches plus the first grand prix of the season to watch, no time for cooking or eating  ;D

Just prepped my lunch, which I'll finish cooking after the game. Chicken being slow-cooked in a fruit compote and being served with some coconut rice and some warm cinnamon toast.

I'd be more likely to give away Lord Lucan's whereabouts Debs than the F1 result - motor-sport is not my bag - so you're perfectly safe here!

Thanks mate.  We're avoiding all live tv channels till the game comes on, I'll go mental if some twerp says anything in the match build up.
