Getting ready to go out for family dinner for my ladā€™s 18th.

Was meant to be a family party but we canned it because her family let us down. Wifeā€™s niece has a dancing competition and my father-in-law decided he couldnā€™t make it till 6 because he ā€œhadā€ to go to Parkhead today.

Nice to see where priorities lie - Iā€™ll remember my in-laws couldnā€™t be fu**ed enough to go out their way for a great lad.

Anyways - just the four of us and you know what.......itā€™s gonna be just perfect 👌

Reminds me when my mum was in hospital and my uncle said he couldn't visit his sister because it would involve getting 2 buses. Anyway hope you have a great day

      Unbelievable mate.

How she emerged the happy, responsible, beautiful human being she is is almost entirely down to me ;)

Finally deciding to update my address with everywhere after a year of moving.

Done the bank, car insurance, car tax, driving license and work.

Probably forgetting another 50 different places but think that's the main ones covered.

Just ordered first new washing machine in 21yrs.......

Weā€™ve always had a service / care programme for all the big appliances with the gas board and theyā€™ve just kept repairing the bloody thing.

Anyhow - she says itā€™s a state so I persuaded the guy to write it off and they give us a contribution to the new one.

Mad like - that washing machine is older than my weans!

      You looking at Bosch?

We replaced all appliances in ours last year with the kitchen refurb & went with Bosch white goods..

Nah - just went cheap and cheerful. Thinking of re-doing the kitchen later this / next year so prepared to re-invest once sorted.

      Time and tide mate.

Like somebody writing ā€œc**tā€ on the beach.......

Normal service resumed when the sea washes in and out.

Just been doing some Googling and found an Ex-Red with 2 European Cup medals to his name whilst playing only 4 times for us and 5 wickets in Minor Counties cricket including those of Chris Broad, Martyn Moxon & Alvin Kallicharran Any ideas?
