Went to a football evening last night , guest was Bruce Grobellar what a funny guy and great stories to tell, had time for everyone , if you ever get the chance go see him , a brilliant life story ,
Got him to sign a shirt for my dad who can’t attend these nights anymore and a real nice touch in one of his looped letters he inserted 96 a top man .

Travelling back to London after spending a couple of days in Glasgow for work. Lived there 7 years but hadn't been back in 3 years since I left. I loved every minute back there. Forgotten how much I'd loved that city.

Currently sat in a and e after being woken about 4.45 by my dad banging on the wall. Looks like he has had a tia with a small bloodclot. Got an irregular heartbeat too. Seems brighter than he was but really hard to see him unwell. As someone who sometimes struggles with mental health i feel like i need to force myself to stay upbeat
