A really important game this to get our season back on track. Don't think it's going to be easy by any stretch of the imagination, but after the international break I'm gagging for some decent football.

Good news with the injuries anyway, just hope we don't get any more for the time being, we are due a slice of good fortune, let's hope it starts tomorrow lunchtime with 3 points and an injury free win.

And yes Ayrton, I'm certainly getting myself pumped up for this match.

Come On You Mighty Reds !!!!

Oh by the way.....2-1 to us  ;)

Can't wait for this after the international break and get back to watching the mighty Reds, really confident about this and can see it being an open game and with us coming through with a victory.

Time to give them cocky tw*ts a reality check and make them realise they will always be out of their depth.

2-0 win. Gerrard 1 and Aquilani coming off the bench to score a screamer ;)

Hello there lads, first post.  :)

I'm definitely pumped for tomorrow, especially after the international break and with some recent improvements to injuries (Riera and Benny). I just hope Rafa doesn't start them as we all know how bad it would be if we had them out again. Just look at the Birmingham game, I was gutted for Riera when his injury returned, he'd been playing decently as well.

      My line up would be:
                          Reina
      Johnson Carragher Agger Insua

      Kuyt      Lucas    Mascherano Babel

                     Gerrard
                         N'Gog

No way I see Rafa starting Aquilani. However despite me thinking him to be fit, I'm sure Rafa knows better than us how fit Aquilani is at the moment and trust his judgement.

I was certain this game was on Sunday for some reason.

So it came as quite a nice surprise when I realised it was tomorrow - particularly when I remembered it was a lunch time kick-off!

      Come on you Reds.

      Welcome to the forum mate.

Reckon your team is probably spot on. Although I'm not entirely sure Johnson will start. We'll see eh.

Let's face it. Having Gerrard back is a major boost! If he continues his form from the Birmingham game, we'll definitely have some very good chances to put the ball in the net.

Our defending has to improve tomorrow though. We've got to be sharp and solid!!

Two poor defences up against each other so I can see goals in it.

      5-3 to the Reds.

tomorrow is Rafa's game, not that his future hangs on it,but he will make a point to the pretenders.Money alone does not buy a top 4 place, you also need the right manager. We have one, they don't.
