Misfits E4 Thursday 10pm

If you have not seen this, its hillarious and a must watch I've been sat here crying with laughter tonight, it was the 2nd episode in the series and its fantastic.



Misfits follows five outsiders on community service who get struck by a flash storm and lumbered with special powers.

Hard as nails Kelly (Lauren Socha) can suddenly hear people’s thoughts, shamed sporting hero Curtis (Nathan Stewart Jarrett) discovers he has the ability to turn back time when he regrets something, and party girl Alisha (Antonia Thomas) can send people into a sexual frenzy when they touch her skin. Even painfully shy Simon (Iwan Rheon) can make himself invisible when he feels he’s being ignored, which makes it all the more hard to swallow for smart aleck Nathan (Robert Sheehan), who seems to have been unaffected, much to his dismay.

Unlike their more conventional counterparts, our misfits don’t swap their ankle tags and mobile phones for capes and tights. Instead, they discover what a pain in the arse life can be when you’re stuck with a super power you didn’t want.

Brilliant RedlfcBlood ......i very nearly wet myself laughing tonight and think i've hurt my throat. The scene with Nathan and Ruth (the ol' lady) was funny as and the whole show, fantastic. The characters are brilliant,well observed and quirky but lovable. Nathan, Simon and Kelly's storylines have been good but you just know that there's better to come.

I'm loving every minute of it.

I've just watched, the first two episodes again today and I laughed more the second time around. My Jaws aching from it, Hope Skins follows this series as that's a must watch too.

Was good again tonight,  not as funny as last week but the plot thickens, next weeks episode looks very intriguing.

Hilarious, if invariably disgusting and distasteful!  Not one to watch with your mum...

Yep buzzing for this, was my favourite program all last year, even better than Skins.

Okay sooo....Just watching this for the first time tonight. My initial reaction is WTF! but in a good way. Think I'll have to catch up on the earlier episodes to figure out what's going on exactly, very funny though.

Yeh it's hilarious mate, I love it haven't missed an episode yet.

Was without doubt the series on TV last year and Nathan makes me piss my pants.

At last!! It's great to see there are people out there who like this series. Whenever i've mention "Misfits" to anybody, they've just looked at me as if I was strange, or have said "are you on about the group?"

I've followed this show from the beginning, and never have I laughed so much, especially with Nathan's little sayings, long may this show continue.

I love this show. I watched the first season while I was in the UK. I just found where I can watch the episodes online. So I have started watching the second season.

Robert Sheehan AKA Nathan has left Misfits and won't be returning for Series 3.  Which is a shame because he's by far the best thing about the show.  Wonder how they'll write him out of it. 

I was saddened to hear that he left. He is my favorite character. I hope the show can have the same chemistry and continue.

Season 3 has been excellent two episodes in.

Though the loss of Nathan would seriously harm the show, but Eli Dingle from Emmerdale as newcomer Rudy is funny in his own right and I'm pleased to say the show hasnt suiffered too much for Nathan not being in it.

Couldn't agree more mate. I thought it would be the beginning of the end of it tbh but, Joseph Gilgun AKA "Woody" from This is England '86 (real men don't watch Emmerdale mate so I wouldn't know him from that       ) has been great and fitted in really well. Haven't missed Nathan at all.

Hopefully, this will keep the show going a bit longer. Very funny program indeed.
