Debrecen 0-1 Liverpool : Post Match Discussion

I thought we were sh*te to be honest, yes we got the result by winning ugly which some times you have to do, but our central midfield pairing is dreadful, no urgency, no creativity ffs we were playing what amounted  to a league 2/3 side tonight they made us look very ordinary, Until our midfield is sorted we are going to remain piss poor IMO.

Lets just hope we can build some confidence on the back of the last couple of results, concentrate on our league form and then into the Europa League to meet Valencia in the final, where Rafa agrees to throw the game for a cut price summer move for either Silva, Mata or Villa

What did annoy me however was the commentator tonight - why did he feel the need to repeat himself every 10 minutes about how we've struggled so far this season?

Also why was he saying he was bemused when Dossena came on for Aurelio?

At the end of the day - progress a few more stages in the CL or win the Europa League? I know it's hypothetical but.

Why no one is locking this?

What a super interview from Mr Purslow! SKY trying to fuel rumours that we want Rafa sacked and he catagorically stated that Rafa has just signed a 5 year deal and will be the manager for at least that length of time!!

Because Rafa was swapping a left sided player for a left sided player, its anti Rafa propganda, Nah I think liek the majority of us he was hoping for Aquilani.

They should've equalised, that coudivaliy guy missed an easy chance. The Point I was making is that at least in a must win game like this we should played better than we have been doing these past couple months but no the lads just went out there and produced the same un-inspriring football.
