Where are all the knee jerking fair weather fans? "Post when we're losing, You only post when we're losing!"

Good win grinded out by the sheer gulf in class between the two teams, even if we are playing sh*te. Everton are terrible. Bring on the equally terrible Blackburn and Wigan :D

Didn't get to watch the match. But I'm happy about the score line. Good weekend. Would be nice if we kick start our season from here.

Mascherano grabbing the crest on his shirt and almost pulling it off.  That put a huge smile on my face.  Good on ya Mascherano :)

Reina's cat like reflexes were in top form.  5th place.  Lets build on this lads!

We will finish in the top 4 without any doubt in my head... but it was good to see Masch kissing the badge, surely that means he wants to stay??

Anyone else think Alan Smith sounded like he had his parade pissed on when describing the replay of Dirk's goal.

I know he's a monotonous Brummie b***ard, but he spoke like he was really gutted we had got a second.

I know it wasn't a great peformance, but I'm glad we scrapped for the win, thought Reina and Mascherano were head and shoulders above anything in a red shirt today, really good performances from them two.

I thought Riera added a spark when he came on as well.

Seven years Moyes has been manager of Everton, still won F**k-all, but still the press and media say hes doing an amazing job and he's the best young manager in the league!

      How is that possible?

Cos he's from the UK...and isn't Rafa who will never win the press over no matter what he wins!

Jamie Redknapp still had the cheek to say the best team didnt win. Southern cockney sh*te.

Not the greatest performance granted, but we battled and won!

That shithouse bottled out of a few Merseyside derbies during the 90s when we were trying to play pretty football, so he has a f***in cheek.

Couldn't say that about any player in a red shirt today.

Jingle bells Jingle bells jingle all the way, oh what fun it is to see Liverpool win away

Not the best game in the world, but who cares, we battled hard and got what we deserved in the end, a nice three points.

Goodison really is a sh*t ground, and everton really are a sh*t team, and their fans really are bitter blue bas**rds.

And I really enjoyed myself today  ;)

Like it's already been mentioned and, just like we've seen us to do it ourselves in the past, they couldn't put the ball in the net.

We got back to basics today and we put the ball in the net. Our second goal was a special one for me. Something that has lacked with us at times this season, is lack of anticipation in the box. So it was great to see Kuyt in the right place at the right time, to anticipate the ball coming his way.

Still don't see them knee jerkers anywhere!

Still made up after the result, a proper fighting second half display for me there. When you're going through tough times all you can do is keep battling and we did that and we ended up with a cracking result.

Two away trips, two wins, two clean sheets, up to 5th in the table and lads coming back from injury and towards full fitness. That's more like it!

Nice to see Javier having a solid game today, his passing was much improved too, kissed the badge after scoring his goal and looked delighted at the end.He did look happy to be in a red shirt despite the constant speculation.

Looked like he had no idea how to celebrate scoring a goal. "What should I do? Oh yeah. I'll kiss the badge. I've seen them do that on the telly."

all about the result today and the clean sheet.  we should be thankful that they are truly appalling.......
I cannot see how Sky can let Alan Smith continue to commentate on Liverpool games when its so obvious how he hates us
