Digital Switchover.

Did mine on Tuesday as instructed. Digi Recording Box, no probs, but the TV has gone to BBC Wales, WTF. I'm not interested in Sheep, Choirs, and all there sh*te news.  Same Ariel, really pissed off with it, BBC 1 & 2 are on channels 800, and 801. and the Welsh ones are 1 and 2. Stupid thing is that the Commercial channels have stayed English...

Any one else got this problem. Now have to keep retuning hoping that WinterHills signal will be stronger than the Welsh one!!

You still got ITV 1, cos mines disappeared! And agree about BBC One Wales.

Yep, thats fine. Have a look though ALL the channels, as ITV2+1 is just called ITV on mine, it may be lurking.

Ive got BBC Wales as well. And several other channels have disappeared and reappared. Ive got about 5 ITV's if anyone wants spares?

Quality, not quantity.

Just flick through the channels and change the over from Wales to your region,eg if BBC wales is on 1 and BBC N/W is on 21 just reverse the programme log and save,so on and so on.

Spoke to Justin, nice guy. Got some VERY Techinal advice which may be of help.

First of all, he said the Welsh Transmitter appaers to be the strongest one in the WORLD!!!

Here is the Hard Bit, Re-tune your TV, when it has done 40% remove the areial, if this does not work, then re-tune the TV without the ariel and then put it in when 40% is left. A bit hit and miss but.....

ITS BLOODY WORKED!

It seems the English ones are at the End of the re-tune, so start off with the arial OUT and put it back at about 50%.

I agree, however the Poms seem to eat our garbage up and make washed up stars on this land, superstars on the Motherland.

Have you even watched Aussie TV? I assure you the adverts are much more often than that.

Haven't even bothered to do the digibox thing.

I use Sky for everything, oh and that TV Catch Up thing.

Due to the re-tune i have lost Sky sports news.

The opposite happened to me, I re-tuned and gained Babestation and Partyland.

Already have both of them.

What about on your digital set top box? They're different channels to the Fox ones.
