If your pumped, can i get a 'Hell YEAH!'

Insua dropped, Aurelio to start but Kuyt keeps his place. Biggest news though, Torres comes in.

Its show time, ladies and gents in about 40 minutes. Let them hear the Kopites roar and the Redmen bring home 3 big, big points.

Disappointed to see Kuyt starting after some extremely woeful performances.

Aquilani on the bench, another disappointment for me.

At least Torres starts. We have the XI to do the job.

      Howard Webb.

      *groan*

Expect something 'big' to happen with the ref in the last fifteen minutes.

Hopefully we'll be three up by then.

Let's hope Kuyt can get at Traore - he was implemented as a left winger for most of last season by Portsmouth.

For some reason I feel a little nervy whenever I see Walcott's name on the teamsheet, probably due to his sheer pace. Aurelio's up to it though.

      We have the stronger team.

Really hope we can get the three points today.

      Come on!!

Subs bench is pretty defensive isn't it. I would have had Pacheco in there instead of Degen.

Pity no Pacheco on the bench  :(

Great to see Torres and Gerrard starting together, first time for weeks and weeks !!

Good enough team to take the three points, Arsenal won't be easy though and we'll need to be at our  best to take those three points.

Let's get at these right from the start, don't let them settle on the ball, hurry and hassle them. Come on lads, let's take these to the cleaners.

Disappointed that Aquilani isn't starting but the XI that's being fielded is excellent.

Three defenders on the bench? Agger or Aurelio carrying knocks maybe?

Good team though, hopefully we'll do the job and get our season back on track.

Think that's our strongest team to be hinest and it's great to have the likes of Aquilani and N'gog on the bench. I think that having 4 defenders on the bench also shows that Rafa might be thinking of going out for the kill for 60/70 mins then steadying up at the back with 5. He would have Pacheco and El Zhar on the bench if he was looking to win   it in 90 (close game)

Great point, there. They have Vela, Ramsey, Wilshere and Eduardo, while we have Aquilani, Ngog and Dossena.

No Pacheco is a kick to the nuts.
