Liverpool fans stop Hicks & Gillett attending match

Disgraceful that mind...Police want to do something useful with their time, like catch criminals as it's obviously part of their job description.

Two liverpool fans arrested for aracism after chanting "yanks out" while protesting against the clubs US owners at the arsenal match have had the case quashed.
They were grabbed by police and charged with a public order offence. When they appeared in court the case was thrown out due to lack of evidence.
the FSF said the police reaction was worrying.
James said yesterday "I just shouted Yanks out, the police were on their horses and they just grabbed me, when asked what for they said Racism"
FSF chairman said "it would be of great concern if people who lead protests are targeted, we live in a free society (ha ha ha) and people are entitled to put forward their opinions.

Totally foolish.... the bizzies concerned should should be charged with wasting public money and their ability to carry out the job we pay them for should be reviewed.
The fact this case went through the legal process unchallenged is unbelievable and that wants scrutinising also, the whole system is archaic and corrupt.

As i said before the law is there to protect the rich only.

This is ridiculous. Since when is the term Yanks racist?  It's a common expression just like us Irish people being called Paddys, nothing that anyone would take any offence to.
