"Pour salt water, on the wound".

      ...

I was tossing and turning in bed thinking about this.

I don't mean to do so but it just goes to underline how alarming the situation is.

At least he knows how to play the Liverpool way not the one I saw today. The one I saw today replicatess one of those teams that Liverpool steam-rolled in the 70s and 80s. We definitely needed a never say die British manager for a change. Rafa just have to look at those old Liverpool recordings and the team he has churned out and the shortcomings are there for him to work on. Loosing grounds to the top 3 year in year out is not helping the club in the long run. It's loosing its fan base worldwide to the other top teams. Something must be done asap to stop the rot. Can't imagine we could rot to the extend we got beaten by the club at the bottom. Things are very very wrong at the moment, as deliberated in lenght already right from tactics to poor quality of players, Rafa's poor man management to player's attitude and commitment.

I hate it when teams that have been on a loosing streak and are fighting a relagation battle always seem to ****ing find their feet against us. A couple of years ago it was reading, last year it was middlesborough, and this year its frikkin soon to be relegated porthsmouth. WTF!

Rafa cannot man manage - FACT! Look at the team FFS! The man has to go, or what the hell will it take. Should we follow him into the championship? 12 points from relegation. Abysmal. Thats my opinion and I feel sick!

We still can win the title...
We have the best team in a long time....

The only thing is...they don't perform as a team.
Ah well...we just have to focus on our next game, I guess....

      So.

      F***ing.

      Depressed.

And I think Rafa is to judging by his post match interview.

      What now God only knows.

Grew up watching us struggle under Roy Evans, so I can deal with disapointment, but never felt this bad, ever. Think I'd prefer a relegation battle to midtable mediocrity we are heading towards at the moment, would certainly wake the players up, they need a rocket up their arses each and every one of them.

wheres the offensive creativity we showed last season? demolishing teams like real madrid and united, knocking 4 past arsenal.
all im seing at the moment is the ball being passed back to the defense
that isnt going to win the fans hearts
      it isnt gonna look good
and it isnt gonna get you goals that win games!

50 years of supporting this team-I've never known them this bad. even in the second division days before Shanks .At least we had heart then. Not a lot of skill ,but they at least had bottle. That was a totallly spineless effort made worse by mascherano's disgusting challenge. We've never had to play dirty to win-ever! Benitez 's  pathetic efforts to blame the referee only made me despise him even more. His  team selections are completely bizarre.Too many mediocre players playing a system that is set in concrete-like the players' feet. Don't even think about top 4-Benitez's guarantee isn't worth a piece of sh*t.

You despise Rafa? Rafa is a man, with a wife and family. A family he lives far away from. And his wife lives away from home and probably hardly ever sees Rafa, because he's working all the hours god sends for the club. Now, I respect your right to an opinion and I respect that you've seen it all, and I understand that we're all pissed off. But to despise a man who is undoubtedly working his arse off for our club is just wrong and over the top.

Despise? Steady on mate. Say what you will, but his intentions have never been anything but to help the club. I bet you didn't despise him when he was lifting the European Cup.
