2010/11 Liverpool FC Kits

I wish the club would be F***ing sold sharpish. Not only just for the clubs health in general but so I can actually buy our tops to support the club I love.

Won't be buying that 3rd kit though, it's fuglier than my shits.

i think it's a cracking kit, doubt it'll get worn by the squad exept against arsenal away :L third kits are just too get money from fans imo but i like the kit tbh.

I agree with Arnie, I would like to buy the new kits, but not putting another dime anywhere near those 2 pricks!!!!!!!!!!!

Makes you wonder. The global target markets obviously don't care who owns the club. Changing the sponsor from an alcoholic brand obviously worked for increased sales

Sorry, some very clever PR on this, actually wasn't most sold, it was most they've ever shipped, this is an important difference & could quite likely lead to some heavy discounting in 4-5 months.

Ah very clever. So it's very much dependent on a successful campaign. Haven't seen a lot of stock in the Irish stores I've been to. Like I said it's all junior clothing

I caught this in a Broughton interview, it's always interesting to see how things are worded,and shipped is so ambiguous a statement.

“It’s a great shirt. Adidas did some greatwork with us on that. It’s got a new sponsor and I know on the day we launched we shipped 35,000 parcels to over 100 countries. That’s a record for us on day one and sales have been fantastic since then.                                                                                                                               “I think we’ve seen historically, and we continue to see,that our fans are very loyal and are keen to keep supporting us at retail and that’s something we’re all grateful for.”

It doesn't hurt that football is gaining popularity here (re: shipping), especially with the World Cup being fully broadcasted on major sports channels.

I quite like the third kit a lot. Everyone is saying black, but to me it looks like a dark blue.

Away kit looks boss, seen it yesterday. Was so tempted to buy it I'll wait till the yanks are gone though

Dont like that. The yellow makes it look tacky IMO, should have gone for black and red like the one we had a couple of years ago.

Practice kit is quality, but I would have loved the red stripes with white sponsor ala Reina's second jersey two seasons ago.

I really like the 3rd kit I think it looks proper mint. Obviously there are going to be people who like the new kits and those who dont. I'm just gutted that I really like this kit but fighting against myself not to buy it! Not a penny more!

For a second their, i was looking at that picture of 'Gerrard' number 8 on the back of the 3rd shirt and was thinking "that actually ain't that bad". I quickly changed my thoughts however. That Yellow is bloody awful. Arghhh!!!

Yeah, i know what you mean. I had the same thoughts. But, the badge on the home shirt actually seems to be quite securely on. However, the "Standard Chartered" part is starting to peel on my shirt. Real shame .
