Yep, thats the one, 3-0 up Heskey hat-trick, Owen off to hospital and all of us in the stand behind the goal having a right laugh.

Good luck Paddy. You served us well. What a stunning left foot he had and we always attacked with vigour when he was playing. Many impoirtant long range strikes I remember.

The Old Trafford cracker and the wonderful goal against Derby will never be forgotten. That Viduka turn on him that did his knee effectively killed off his Reds career. Who knows what more he could have achieved with us had that not happened.

Best of luck for the future.

Loved Paddy as a player. A natural left footed, left winger. Probably remembered for that F***ing belter of a free kick at Old Trafford in the arl green away kit we used to have. His first goals for us where a couple of quality strikes an all, against Leicester if I remember rightly. Some sh*t playing in blue anyway.

Hope to see him in some capacity continue in the game.

He was fantastic for us. Such a wiked left foot and a real classy guy. I grew up with this lad as one of my favourite players and the admiration I have for him will always stay with me. All the best for the future Paddy
