Has leaked already but is officially out on Monday 22nd November (this Monday!!)

I've been listening to it non stop since i downloaded it (Don't worry i'm still going to buy the hard copy, so i think that gives me the right to listen to it now ).

Nothing short of genius. Get this album. I'd say it's his best to date.
I don't even listen to any other rap (A few Jay-Z songs and Tinie Tempah (if you'd class him as rap) aside) but I think this guy's exceptional.

Oh and there's a deluxe copy of it out on 29th November. Same album but the packaging is fancy and you can choose any of 5 pictures to slide into the front square to be the album cover.

Definitely getting it on Monday and then I'll play it for the first time on my way home from Uni I think.

And I'm the same as you - I listen to very little Hip-Hop and Rap but I've always liked him.

Looking forward to K W's new album. Already have KOL's album. Was sceptical about it at first. Most of the songs were structured around sustained notes, either vocal or acoustic. Was prepared to dismiss it, but everytime I listen to it I find something else. It really is a grower. Probably helped that I'm in a darker mood today and it fits.

If you want to, don't listen to Sex On Fire, well at least not first. If possible, listen to Because of the Times, Aha Shake Heartbreak, Youth & Young Manhood and then Only by the night! in the order They started so well, I must buy Come Around Sundown yet..

This Kanye's best. Back to his College Dropout style music but even better. I simply cannot fault the album. Class.

Also, Libra Scale by Ne-Yo is very good.

Arcade Fire probably won't hit you straight away but I'm telling you, after several listens...

Never listened to them before but will give them a shot.

KoL on now though because i love their new stuff. I don't like one song of theirs before Only by the Night but since that i think they are brilliant.

Kings of Leon's new album is a cracker. 1.2.3.7.9.10.11.13 all quality. Have it on cd and haven't read the names. Pick Up Truck should hit a nerve with you. A girl causing a fight between two guys. just kidding. Thats the situation you avoided

You will Ross. Music is a fantastic journey mate, you're only starting out on that journey, you'll set aside wishy-washy indie music soon enough and discover other genres, other acts. When you do, you will come across KoL (possibly the biggest 'Rock' act in the world at the moment) in a new light. 

Well, either that or you're a tone-deaf girly-man. 

Their last two albums have been dross. Sex On Fire was shocking.

Probably best to try their debut first, crouchy, if you care enough to want to get into them.

But it has grown on me and keeps growing on me everytime I listen to it it seems, absolutely love it now, brilliant album.

You nailed it for me, Dexter. I found it very generic and could never come around to it.

I've been putting a lot of thought into my top 10 lately, but #1 was never in dispute.

Spot on.

It doesn't have the powerful, stand-out songs, but what it is is a fantastic 'concept album'. I absolutely love it and it's probably my favourite of the year too, though I've liked a lot of things this year actually.
