      Manchester City or Tottenham?
      Dec 01, 2010 05:38:04 pm
This one is straight forward.... Assuming that we are not in the top 4 at the end of the season, which one of these two teams (Man C or Tottenham) would you rather see in the top 4?

                *  I realize this is a matter of picking the lesser of two evils, but I'm just curious to see your opinions.

I would much rather it be Manchester City.  As much as I despise the fact that they are trying to buy trophies, they will continue to spend outrageously until they achieve their goal.  That being said, if Tottenham make the top 4, then they will have a 20 million bonus to use to their advantage and build a stronger squad.  City don't need any bonus money as they are owned by a billionaire who treats the club like his own personal play thing.

Therefore, my vote would go for City   :'(

Not bothered one way or the other, the only thing i would be thinking about is why not us and what have we to do to get back there.

Cant stand Harry Redknapp, so If I had to chose one it would be City.

That being said, I'd rather we got there before them :P

I'd prefer a real surprise like Bolton, just to see the faces of all the experts only rating the rich clubs.

Considering how tied was the league so far, even Sunderland or Stokes can have hopes to finish above them.

Mmm tough one.. I was saying Spurs until I read the opening post.
Man City would be able to attract anyone if they were in Champions League and if they got their, i'm sure Torres would be number on on their wish list.
I think if Spurs finish 5th, then Levy will spend to get them back to 4th anyway so I am going to say I would rather Spurs..

But we might be there yet ;)

Mmm, dunno. For one, i like the fact that spurs have built up rather than splashed cash - the way it should be done.

But then i hate Redknapp, and i would not like to see Spurs continue to get wanked over in the media. And im sick of the half-arsed Spurs supporter i have on facebook waking up and seeing a good result and saying "Love you SPurs" and sh*t like that.

F**k, id rather neither of em. Get Bolton up there or something.

It's a tough one but I'd prefer Spurs.

Can't stand Citeh, and I have a lot of Man City friends who just wouldn't let me live it down!

Bolton in the top 4 sounds better though! ;)

Neither of them. I would rather see Blackpool there, playing nice football at the moment and they like attacking!

Neither to be honest. Just another Johnny come lately. Bolton now fat Sam has gone. But Diouf is still there.... Blackpool.

Oh hang on.. he's gone to Blackburn. Still Blackpool.

Would rather Spurs. If Man City gets there they won't get out, they have too much money to spend, they'll be Real Madrid FC Manchester, buying everything they can.

Would rather Spurs as at least they built up the squad and play a prettier brand of football. Still F***ing hate Redknapp.

      Man City.

Don't want Spurs' sun loving tw*t of a manager anywhere near the CL.
