Don't know where he's come up with a figure of £16m per year in interest payments as all the media reports last summer when these pricks were trying to refinance stated £30m per year.  

I've read a Daily Telegraph report from December 2009 which stated there is uncertainty about whether the £60m in interest payments that are already due has actually been paid.

Because our owners are sh*t houses that are only interested in buying our club with our own money, hence their lack of will to put any of their own money into investing in the squad and making debt repayments.

Oh, the "BIG" stadium. That is what he will want to deliver. It's completely in his interest to do so. Increase revenue by raising capacity and ticket prices so that he can "flip" his investment for a 200% return.

Just to play devil's advocate here , but how would fans feels about G+H if we DID get £100m+ to spend on players in the summer market, with Chamahk joining on a free, villa and silva, and maybe a couple of other players.
