      Xbox 360 RED LIGHTS OF DEATH!

      My Xbox 360 is showing up 3 Red lights...

      That means it's broken, I can't believe it.

      It is still under warrantee (I think)

      But I hardly use the effing thing.

      im sure youve checked it but that happened to my friends one and it was a cable that was loose at the back and it was ok after he played around with it for a minute or 2

      It has come back on like but it shuts down after 2 - 3 minutes.

      It's going back the shop!

      My cousin works in woolies, and says loads and loads of people have been returning there xbox, as they keep failing, either the red lights show or just fails completely.

      Same happened to me. Had it since March, hardly ever played the thing and then boom! Three red lights. Got a lable to send it off through UPS, get it back fixed or new I dunno and then going up on Ebay!

      Core Console - Will be new
      PGR4 - Played a few times, like new
      COD4 - Played a few times, like new
      PES2008 - Played a fair few times, great condition
      GRAW2 - Great condition
      GOW - Great condition
      Burnout Revenge - works fine but quite scrated
      Official wired controller
      Official wireless controller
      Play and charge kit
      Memory stick (64mb)
      Fully boxed


      How much do you reckon I'd get for this?

      No problemo.

      Got another problem with my 'replacement' Xbox.  When I turn it off the picture slowly fades and it takes about 5 seconds for it to completely shut off.

      Never encountered this problem before but I'll keep you all posted.  ;)

      My Xbox had the red lights the other day, turns out that the plug wasn't into the power pack properly!

      get a PS3, havn't got an Xbox so im not gonna knock it but have heard so much about the red lights. also it ever only seems to be total geeks that defend it, the type who only friends are encoded online! what i will say is the PS3 is off the chain, actually breath-taking, and before poeple go on about online gaming the PS3 has an in-built browser to top it of!

      Court try and get your money back and get your mits on  a PS3

      Send it back to microsoft and they will repair it for free, if they cant repair it you get a new xbox360.
