WOW.... What A Rubbish Friday

Well woke up this mornin in an ace mood, took the dog out for a walk at 6 then came back and it all turned crap.

Van up my drive tryin to put a clamp on my car, told them what are they doing

Turns out they are after the people that use to live here and because there was no answer on the door they tried to clamp my car.

Then it just got worse....  Im off to NYC on Friday, taking my girlfriend.  Saved like mad for it, no overdrafts or credit cards involved, just graft.  Checked my account and its been totally gutted, left 0.01p in it.  Some guys have hacked it, took all the money with a note saying "Love :O)"

They have also tried to apply for a 10k loan and 2 credit cards.

Cant believe it, im just waiting for Voronin to come back to Anfield now to totally make my day complete

My dad, as ever, has offered to give me the cash which is awesome of him but it just mkes this whole thing bitter-sweet now.  I cant stand scammers, hope the idiot gets caught

That happened to my mum they copied her card and used it in America/Italy/Russia nearly everywhere and the bank still needed confirmation that she never used it <_<.

Are the bank giving you your money back then I guess?

Luckily, the money is back in my account, all my details changed.

The HSBC covered it as the guy had already withdrawn it, so thats another £2000 that the fraudsters have stole from this country

I knew the minute that i did it, it took me to a sublink where i had to enter all my security number instead of just random digits.  Im normally good with hese things because i work from home and am aware of scams but this time i was on my way out.

Oh well, i got it back so happy days, cheers for all the support lads & lasses

TS sorry mate what a sh*tty thing to have happen.  I'm really glad HSBC covered your loss.  Do yourself and your g/f a favor, get on that trip to NYC and have a blast.  Enjoy the restaurants, bars, clubs and try to forget about those b*st*rd scammers while you are away.

HSBC have lost money.  Don't think for one second HSBC aren't going to go after them.

I wont say the country in case i offend fellow members from the forum. They are known over here for it. My brothers girlfriend fell victim to it, more or less the same situation as Andrew's. She had to prove she wasn't in R****** to get her money back.


But ye I'd say they are laughing it up alright, a few toasts to the brainless Irish and UK governments.
