I thought Kyrgiakos was immense. When we signed him I was, who the F**k is this lad. My lad told me he was 'damn slow, and only aerially strong'.

The impression I have of him now is a very solid defender, a calm and composed one, and although he is a bit slow he makes up for it with his positioning. Hardworker as well.

Reminds me a bit of Sami if I'm being honest like.

We look better balanced with one holding midfielder instead of   Two  , the goal came from Aquillani getting inbthe box for the nod back for Kuyt , gerrard seems to be in the game more popping up on the left and right  , justvneed that 2nd goal , hope Rafa lets them go for it instead of dropping back to protect a 1 goal lead like he has done all season

Same here, i was a bit doubtful about him earlier in the season but he's won me over good style.
