Saving Private Ryan - the beach landing at Normandy . I remember seein it for the first time at the movies and i almost went into sensory overload . Rarely has the sheer brutality of war been caught on film truthfully as here . The utter waste of human life in that scene almost brought me to tears , i was that overwhelmed .

Classic scene from the film that saw Marlon Brando in his first Oscar winning performance, not sure if anyone watched it - On The Waterfront.

"You don't understand! I coulda had class! I coulda been a been contender, I coulda been somebody... instead of a bum, which is what I am, let's face it. It was you, Charlie."

      Great!!

I dressed up like him in that scene for a Halloween party 3 years ago. The suit, see through rain coat, an axe and sigars. I even had some Partick Bateman business cards, it was awesome. Everytime someone asked me who I was I gave them a business card. :lmao:

This is one of my favourite scenes of the last year. If you see this on Bluray with a good sound system it is awesome!

For an emotional view my favorite scene is in The Pianist where he plays the Chopin piece to the German general after getting caught.

I also love Pulp Fiction where Travolta & Jackson are walking down the hall, about 9 minutes long, one take.
