So it's Olympic time again people! I'm just settling in with another beer to watch the opening ceremony and will probably have a few more before they finish

I'm personally looking forward to the hockey and snowboarding the most, and bobsledding. We are the Jamaican bobsled team!

What about everyone else? What's your interests? Who do you want to win? Which Olympic champion will be caught smoking pot this time?

One more thing, RIP to the young Luger who died in practice today. Just saw the footage of it, quite horrible.

The only thing matters to me is the hockey, if the men don't take gold it will be a terrible for our country

Liked it better when hockey was amateurs.

Yeah i think Olympic Hockey is great being able to have the NHL'ers in. The players love it too i think!

Opening ceremony was pretty decent, Gretzky lighting the flame was brilliant too. Was never gonna be anyone else though.

Recorded some of this and it was the speed skating part, F**k me them Koreans and Chinese are quick, both set a new Olympic record. The Koreans won by about 6 seconds though the record the Chinese broke was the Koreans.

Hockey did have a tournament for pros, was called the Canada Cup, every 4 years or so, played before the season started in September. That was some of the best hockey ive ever seen. Usually was 6 countries with their best players. CAN,USA,SWE,RUS,FIN,CZE.

End of the day, the Olympics is all about having the best in sport there. So with that, it would be a crime not to have the NHL players there. I mean Gretzky never had a chance to win one in his best days, and to me thats a crime. An Olympic hockey competition to find "the best" without the best player of all time? Not right. So i think its bang on now, and all nations involved get right behind it too i think.

Hiller is fantastic. Has his 'moments', but he is learning all the time. He was in goal the day i saw the Ducks play, and he made so many good saves. Defintely glad we signed him long-term.

3-1 that game ended, comfortable but by no means a thrashing. Waiting for the Canada game to come on now.
