Cheltenian? I had just $5 to win. Have no idea who English horses are :D so i'm just picking them on name. Cheltenian at Cheltenham sounded like a good omen. Got it at 14/1 like you did.

Had a terrible day today betting. Only winner was First Lieutenant at 13/2. :( The joys of betting!

Working in sport horses myself, still grandfather was a jockey and my mother worked in racing yards for years so I'm still big into racing! Great industry and a great sport.

Cheltenham next week should be good. Paddys day on Thursday as well so I'd say it will be serious craic there that day, especially if there's a good few Irish winners. The Champion Hurdle looks like it could be the best race of the week, some top class horses running in it this year.
Only just read your post mate.Hope you had a good Chelt.I was lucky enough to work the festival. The sound at the winners enclosure is truly awsome.Another lovely touch is how all the placed horses get a round of applause too.
Betting wise ,I actually broke even (for me a great result).
Off to the National soon (staying at one of me sisters in Aintree)can't wait.
Will be on the head on camera high up in the stands. So anyone thereabouts ,come and say hello.

The firm I work for have just got into bed with Racing UK (5 year deal).RUK have all the top tracks, with the exception of Ascot. That said we still cover Ascot. So yes we do flat aswell, but I work "mainly" in the South.

I was at Rosehill for the day mate. Had Descarado beaten by Bossy on the line >:( Followed him on Aloha and Older than Time though paying 6s and 9s respectively. Had Elite Falls too. In the end broke even. Tough day though. Bossy got me back in the last on Older than Time. Had 20 on to pull be back $180 and back to what i started with for the day.

Few others at Morphetville i got on as well while at the TAB in the betting pavilion at Rosehill. Caplamp and Psychologist both $3s. Handy.

Few bets on today but none with great confidence. Probably State Grade in the first at Sandown i think.

Petomic 6.20 Kempton tonight, currently 9/2

Got a tip for it a while back where it came 2nd over 1m, 1m 2f tonight so two more furlongs exactly what he needed last race as he was a cert beat.
