Looks like SOS are stepping up the match protests

As part of the ongoing 'Tom and George - Not Welcome Here' campaign, Spirit Of Shankly will be distributing leaflets prior to the Portsmouth game.

We are asking for volunteers to assist in the distribution of these leaflets. If you are able to assist, can you please email directaction@spiritofshankly.com, and be at the HJC Shop (opposite The Albert), Walton Breck Road, at 6pm.

If we have any fans in the Lower Anfield Road who would be able to assist in the display of a banner, can you also please make yourselves known to Kyle via directaction@spiritofshankly.com, or at the leaflet distribution.

Shame the protests got only got 5 seconds of mocking by Sky the little cu*ts. And shame so few stayed behind! Some of our fans prefer to moan about Rafa on 606 or phone-ins rather than do something to actually help the club.

Got to agree with that. The Mancs only have to sniff and Sky are all over it.

Perhaps that's a further step forward,wearing Corinthian scalves? I have mixed feelings.I don't want to copy manure ,but I applaude their inventiveness.Their green and gold scalves, have certainly worked on the PR front.

One of the most effective protests I saw was the pre-match march and then the beachballs with 'Thanks but No Yanks' delivered on to the pitch against United.

THe only problem was that people couldn't follow simple F***ing instructions and throw them down to the pitch after YNWA as planned.

Plus, some people's weak fairy like arms couldn't knock them 30 rows forward.

Oi!! I volleyed mine with the outside of my foot but I only spooned it about 20 rows forward. 

Agreed though. That was a powerful day on the protest front.
