dont know what burley is talkin about. The fa cant ban gerard because the ref seen the incident and took action by giving the foul. The fa can only use video evidence where the ref has missed it. Exactly the same against chelsea last season when their right back karate kicked benayoun in the back and nothing happened. So gerrard will be fine.
