That Ibra fella is sh*te isn't he ;)

      ;D ;D Only playing around.

Yeah, I mean, he scored a brace but I don't think he's like 'WOW!'. He's looks kinda too arrogant and passing doesn't seem his kinda thing. No wonder his trial at Arsenal failed!

I think he's got great class but he's not very effective.

Still, don't think it's his fault that he's overrated so he's better than the abuse that people give him.

Eto'o was fantastic. He didn't need replacing whatsoever.

Yeah, he was. I remember he was trying to be sold when Guardiola first took charge but it didn't happen and Eto'o did not let that get to him. Think he was top scorer even.

Ibrahimovic just reminds me for Berbatov, I odn't know why!

Tall, lazy, hefty price tag (don't know why) and scores the odd spectacular goal.

Eto'o was disrupting harmony in the DR apparently, so they replaced him with Zlatan.

I thought it must have been something off-the-pitch related.

You wouldn't replace talent like that if everything else was sound too.

      Is it?

There's a big difference between giving players no time on the ball, and clattering them. Players who haven't got the same skill level as others have to make up for it in other ways. Not by fouling them. (Clattered is actually the word he used)

I honestly wouldn't like to play for a team that resorted to fouling to stop another team from playing. That's my opinion.

I would love to see that being explained to Mascherano ;)

One thing to say about the Eto'o sale is that maybe he wanted a new challenge?

Even so, there's better options to replace him with!

I love the comment their President made before El Classico at Nou Camp earlier in season.. " Barcelona make Ballon D'ors, Real Madrid buy them"... When you look through their team, they have brought through so many top class players through the Academy.. Valdes, Puyol, Xavi, Iniesta....they practically made Messi and now they have potential stars in Busquets and Pedro.. They are the definition of a proper football club and when usually people become jealous and despise great teams...It is impossible not to respect the greatest side I've ever seen...Although I am just nineteen..

Pique is probably just comforting him because he is more of a threat in front of goal now.

Barcelona Football Fans Riot After Victory
      Tim Hewage, Sky News Online

Spanish football fans have clashed with police on the streets of Barcelona while celebrating their side's title win.

After FC Barcelona clinched the domestic league title, La Liga, thousands of supporters spilled onto the city's streets.

But the celebrations turned ugly in the early hours of the morning as fighting broke out between police and fans.

Riot police baton charged supporters and fired rubber bullets to disperse the crowds.

Fans responded by throwing bottles and stones and setting fire to advertising billboards

The rioting came after Barcelona finished three points ahead of arch-rivals Real Madrid.

After their 250-million euro shopping spree Real Madrid failed to bring a single title for the second successive season casting doubts on the future of coach Manuel Pellegrini.

Pellegrini said: "We can't say it's been a good season if we haven't won a title.

"It is not easy making a team with a new coach and players but I cannot evaluate my own work.

"I have one more year left on my contract and that's all there is to say."

Meanwhile, former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho tied up the second part of a potential treble with Inter Milan by winning the Scudetto, the top Italian league championship.

A 1-0 win at relegated Siena sealed the team's fifth straight Serie A title.

Inter face Bayern Munich in the Champions League final in Madrid on Saturday.
