Captain Gerrard way out on the left wing?? he is the driving force in LFC you need players playing around him not him playing around the new boys way out of position to cater for them i don't think he'll be to happy playing "the graveyard shift all season"

good point nazza but i cant help but thinking that little wright phillips is a great little player with a bit more positional sense and confidence he has pace and can be a challenger to pennant.   he could be availible at 10 mill or so plus hes english and knows the prem which is what we want this year what do you think,,,,,,,

i think SWP is a great player and a wasted talent at Chelsea not sure if he'll challenge Pennant if we can get him and that's a BIG IF because i don't think he has much confidence as he hasn't played much for the Chavs and lost his england place so he moght not be as good till he gets game time while i think Pennant was really starting to show why we bought him close to the end of the season as he started playing more. A player strives when he is confident so SWP might be a risk a 10 mil but it's a risk i'll be willing to take as there would be greater pushing for him and Pennant for place. I think if we play Gerrard out on the wing it takes a huge factor out of our game and we don't see that drive in the middle of the park.

Don't agree with you  on Wright-Phillips Samcharles. In my opinion he is no better than Pennant so I don't see the point in us signing him. The players we need to sign this summer have to be of the highest quality as we have a strong enough squad already. I feel we just need 3-4 top class players to give us the squad we need for next season.

Queresma is a brilliant player skillfully can take on defenders and put in a cross but i think his a very lazy type player and don't think Rafa would want that.

Firstly Crouch is not in Rafa's first team plans...if he couldn't make the Champions league starting line-up, he won't next season.

Its sad to see how often people dont forgive crouch for that goal drought in his first few games. We are looking for a 20+ striker and he scores 19 in a rotating line up. If any of our strikers deserve to stay, its him.
