Seen him just once for the youths, Ngoo's debut match, Toni Silva scored. He was impressive there.

He's a young left back that has come through the youth system.

He gets his own player thread after 5 minutes of Premier League :)

      First Name : Jack
      Surname : Robinson
      Squad Number :    49
      Position : Left Back
      D.O.B. : 1 Sep 1993
      Town of Birth : Warrington
      Country of Birth :   England

Jack Robinson became Liverpool's youngest ever player when he came on against Hull City in May 2010.

The left-back, who will turn 17 in September, has been in outstanding form for Rodolfo Borrell's U18 team this term.

Warrington-born Robinson has a sweet left foot and is an excellent defender who reads situations quickly. He is also extremely comfortable in the final third of the field and is a fine crosser of the ball.

He is an England U17 international and has also trained with Rafael Benitez's first team squad at Melwood.

Robinson is also studying for his GCSEs and still attends Chesterfield High School in Crosby.

      Go ed Jack lad.

Hopefully the first of many appearances in a Liverpool shirt. Who knows, maybe Cally's record of 857 is in danger ;)

Congratulations Jack it is a fine honour you have achieved, hope this is the first of many appearances for the Redmen. To think you were born when Robbie Fowler was just making his debut. God that makes me feel old

Fair play to the lad for breaking a Liverpool record.

Still think it was an unnecessary stunt to highlight the lack of squad investment, but that's just me being a miserable old fart.

Congratulations Jack on your first LFC start. Pity I still don't know what you look like as the F***ing stream went down just as you were about to come on.

Go lad next season and get a few starts, hopefully this is the start of a very bright LFC future for you and us.

The reserves were away and Rafa said he needed cover at left back. That and it showed the young players they have a chance to make it at the club. Alluding to Ince perhaps
