      Irish Pubs in Lime Street
      May 11, 2010 01:25:36 pm
Anyone been to the Irish pubs in Lime Street before a Game. I went to the West Ham game. We have never been to that part of the Town as we were staying at the Aldephi Hotel. The two pubs are Joined Together they are called Irish American Bar and The Shamrock.
It is a grate Place to drink before getting the Taxi up to the Ground we went a 1pm and met a guy called Jaz I think it was a bad Idea from my Old Man to stay in the pub to 5 then get the taxi up to the Albert it was the only game I went to and was Wasted never again he was a good guy though it also has a big Screen to watch the footy and the Lager spot on the only Problem I had with the Place thought as after the game we went back and found out that the Pub shut at 11pm. Worth a Visit Before a Game.

You can also walk up the road onto renshaw st and call in the Liffy it's just past the Adelphi on the the left hand side,a good pint of what you fancy and cheep plus a good crack and live Irish music.
