      I can see why he's keen but hopefully he doesn't push himself too far and end up with yet another injury.

      Do you blame him? It's the biggest football tournament in the world and he's a patriotic Spaniard playing for a team the has a genuine chance of winning. Football is his life and livelihood. For nearly all footballers the world cup is the ultimate prize. And it only happens once every 4 years, so it's a bloody long wait till the next one especially when you are in your prime.

      Personally though, I'd take the prem title anyday!!
