The new young talent coming out of the USA National Youth Training Camp is absolutely amazing. Really excited to see Chandler, Ream, Agudelo, all the young guys really making impressions in the MLS and on the National Stage. So pleased to see a steady rise in talent coming from the United States, we are a futbol starved nation sometimes and for far to long we had to settle for mediocre domestic expectations. With the recent success of the MLS though and ESPN's coverage of the World Cup and US Men's National Team the future is looking bright.

Watched the World Cup when i was over in the States. Soccer is small change over there on a commercial level, but a lot of the school kid stuff seems to be developing well. Wouldn't mind signing one or two in the not so distant future

      Think they're all overrated myself.

I do rate Diskerud and Agudelo (not that much), though.

Overrated compared to whom exactly? The US National Team starting XI outside of Holden, Bradley and Altidore are getting up there in age...

Overrated to those who actually rate them. Of course with Bob Bradley as manager is hardly matters, the guy isn't fit to coach at this level.

Clint Dempsey, Landon Donovan will be back for the next 4 years.

Stuart Holden has shown to be ready to shine, Maurice Edu and Michael Bradley are also good players.

      My team in 4 years:

                          Howard
      Lichaj   Goodson   OGonzalez Spector
                         Bradley
                      Edu  Holden
      Dempsey                       Donovan
                        Altidore

Young lads I like: Diskeruud, Agbossoumonde, Lleget, Gil, Renken

Gil is probably the most exciting prospect but he needs to move overseas.

I am watching. This is the lad i was telling you guys about, Neymar, who scored the 1-0. He looks very, very promising. He was the star of the U20 SA Championship.

And he is still playing in Brazil, isnt he? His price tag should not be very high

His pricetag is high, didn't Chelsea offer 30 or 35 million when he rejected them? And read in an article today that his dream is playing in the Serie A.

Anyone seen this play by the other Lucas in the Brazilian team? The young lad from São Paulo FC, talked about him the other day. He's brilliant.

As for Neymar, yeah Santos did reject an offer from Chelsea last year, they know they won't keep him forever but he won't be cheap.

Thats BS. Under the new Fifa regulations(not that new actually) a player has to have wages according to the buyout clause. I doubt Santos has the muscle nowadays to afford such wages.

Thats why most SA players hardly ever cost more than 15 million when sold to Europe. The rest of the price is what representatives earn.Clubs dont really get that much money, or trust me, our clubs would be filthy rich, and we wouldnt need to actually SELL our stars. Still 66M is outragerous

Quite lively at times isn't it. Don't know how it's remained 0-0, could've been a few goals from either team already.
