      This hasn't been used in footy circles much because it's not 'manly' emough for footballers. It's been used in hockey, basketball, netball and american football for ages. Only trouble is, it won't help Nado if the refs continue to watch him get kicked to F**k every week with no protection from them, will it. Perhaps if he kept diving like that tw*t drogba, he may get kicked less.

      Isn't this something that Milan have been doing for years? Injury prevention as opposed to just waiting for injuries then treating them. lets hope it works, could be our only decent signing this summer and if it stops all the muscle injuries we've had to our top players we'll have a much better season
