Ashley Cole always gets caught out of position he is very over rated he is good but £16m your havin a laugh.I would rather have Wayne Bridge a better defender and a lot cheaper.At the end of the day you want defenders who can defend not running up the wing then struggling to get back.

Considering he's been out a while and only came back for the last few games he's looking pretty sharp,he's running well and most of his tackles are sharpe but still don't think he's worth 16 million 8 to 10 tops.

In todays mirror spurs are trying to offload Danny Murphy to wigan, I was always impressed with danny at liverpool he played with his heart on his sleeve and did great against that manure shited lot.

They reckon round about 2 million but not to sure, even so think danny's got a few  good years left in him and his passing is still spot on, he also scores a few good goals from outside the box,oh and the mancs hate him.

I wasn't surprised to see Murphy go he wasn't consistent enough or good enough overall.He was a good player and scored some vital goals,but he needed first team action and Rafa wasn't going to guarantee him that.I am not shocked it hasn't worked out at spurs as he should have went there first instead of charlton,spurs had already bought in new players in his position thinking they wouldn't be signing him

Agreed lance but with the cup starting friday he won't have the opportunity to sign anyone and I know he'll know who he wants but if the likes of kuyt are on his list and they pick up an injury then he'll have to rethink mate.
