The SOS membership will, I assume be having discussions on the future direction of the campaign to force the owners to sell, lower their ridiculous £800M valuation of the club.

If you were to have a free vote what would you suggest.

I have tried to include as many of the suggestions that are mooted as possible.

Hard one but i went for:

Selected home game boycotts w/protests and official club store ban

Only because implementation of ALL home games will be very hard to do were as some will get the message across without the possibility of looking half hearted.

Its gotta be better than waving scarves.

I went with selected home game protests. A compromise if you like for the fans.

It means that games are still attended but at the same time the club can see that we're not F***ing about. We have the potential to boycott games if necessary.

I went for last one as well. There's no time to be acting soft around them and we have to do whatever we can to make sure they don't get another penny.

I went for for the last option.

I don't think 'selected games' picking games here and there will be an effective strategy.  Too much for scope for people to realise 'Oh. Didn't realise it was this one.'  Especially with tickets on sale 28 days ahead of the game.

Its implementing a full ban though isn't it? Gettin everyone in the booking office not to the answer the phone would be a start but one fan stops goin and another will step in. If there was a concerted campaign for a completely empty stadium for certain games or even just the Europa (get the message on global telly) that might be more effective than a half empty stadium for all games.

Say we decided upon the last one...

What are the chances of it happening? Are other forums, SOS etc planning the same thing?

Like I said in the first post, these are the kind of measures they will be discussing next week.  I'm interested to know what the general opinion of people on here is compared with the members in actual physical attendance next week.

I really like the thought of a massive campaign to get a TOTALLY empty stadium for the Europa, Just imagine Anfield void of LFC fans. UEFA would have a fit! It'd be talked about in every continent. Could only heklp highlight our plight.

      Bottom one for me.

The time has come for a concerted effort by every fan to hit them and hit them hard.  No more of this pussy footing around with half hearted intentions and worrying about the effect it may have on the players, we are talking about the survival of our Club here.

They (the owners) have shown nothing but contempt for us, the Club or the players for over 3 years now and to some extent we have allowed it to happen, well not any more.

Imagine the panic on the first home game of the season when the only people in Anfield are the away fans and the day trippers, with protests outside the ground and the shop.

Absolutely. This is our club that they are killing. We need to hit them hard and hit them hard now.

To Hicks and Gillett we are the customers.

Well as a customer I no longer approve of the taste the product leaves.

Thus, I will not be purchasing anymore of the product until the flavour has been significantly improved.

I picked the last one because I believe the time has come for extreme action now.We can't let them feel that its just a handful of supporters doing this and business is getting affected only marginally. There has to be a complete stop on the profits till we don't free the club from their clutches.

Absolutely JD.  The quality of the product has gone from Prada to Primark with them in charge.

      Last one for me too.

One final push to get them out as soon as possible.

One thing we need to make absolutely clear is that these boycotts will be lifted entirely once a new owner is in place. We do not want to put potential buyers off and it is imperative that they know this is not against the club, but against the current owners.

This may hopefully put off any buyers who wish to make promises that they can ill afford or cannot keep. We don't want all of the money in the world. We want honesty.
