A concert in the park, with all the big Liverpool bands, comedians and ex players.  SOS could possibly organise it, the media will be all over it.

Good to see the last option is well ahead.

However for this to truly work I think Lfc forums will need to unite to get this message across. Scandanavian, Irish, Asian forums and so on would need to be made aware so that there members dont go ordering tickets or merchandise.

Understatement. They slammed the brakes at the mere mention of it.

I think so too. Got me back tracking on my decision already. And more people doing the same.

As I've said before, a Union that wants to change the world but doesn't want to piss anyone off in the process.

That's not for me. And pussy footing around it will certainly not solve it.

Boycott everything, hit them where it will hurt them the most, in their pockets. Also we should be aiming at Martin Broughton as well. Is it any coincidence that he's a Chelsea Fan and our 4 Best outfield players have all been linked with them. I say if we sell Torres, Gerrard, Masch etc we should demand full refunds for our season tickets as well, They have f**ked our club up, the club we all love now lets f**k them up where it will hurt them the most. But lets not forget David Moores and Rick Parry should feel our anger too they sold us up the river as well

F***ing well said, Moores is most to blame, useless c**t, bit more research before selling would have been great.

I think the Yanks were very clever in how they obtained the club, they made lots of promises to the fans and the old board and renaged on all of them.  As much as everyone want to blame Moores, he thought what he was doing was best for the club.  How many times have we been conned by someone.

Too many people here content to do nothing. It doesn't matter how small your protest is, but boycotting games is definitely one way to go. Remember all evil needs to succeed is for good men to do nothing and I'll contribute every way I can. Will not be making my trips to Anfield this season, no official merchandise, have stopped my .tv subscription.  They will not get one more 'Red' cent from me.

what are we doing about boycotting these official stores, i've said before i'm from chester and i'm quite willing to take time out and hand out flyers outside the store explaining our aims but i'd like to do this with someone or in a group so it doesn't look like im making a one man stand. So it would be good to meet like minded people who are willing to do this.

Good point mate, but to be effective,we have to come together. The Scousers no longer rule the club, they have to rely on wider support. We have to give them that support, otherwise they are dead. There was a time when we burned pallets to keep warm,I wasn't a miner or a docker, but I did my bit.Now is the time for some of you Wannabees,to step up and show your'e bollocks.I will of course support your'e direct action, but we don't need internet wellwishers, unless, you are prepared,to do your'e bit.

This is what i'm saying. I'm up for meeting like minded people, i would love to be at the st georges hall for the rally but i'm away on holiday but any other meetings arranged i'd like to go to and offer my direct support, no more words its action we need, there are people out there  still which need educating.

The liverpool store in chester is very popular with tourists from all around the world who probably haven't got a clue about our plight.
