Setting aside all the title race stuff, it's just a wonderful result for a wonderful man. The least he deserves given how hard he works and how much he has dragged such an average Newcastle side to remain competitive let alone remain within the Premier League. Massive for their survival hopes.

Commentator before the match was saying it was more a cause of trying to keep the score down for Newcastle, to lose with "dignity". That did seem to be the case when they scored in less than 30 seconds... but what an unbelievable comeback that was!

Rafa is a RED and so is his family his daughters who are teenagers have lived in Caldy for 15 years now and despite Rafa leaving Liverpool FC his family home remains the same. His wife works tirelessly for smaller Charities with her foundation the couple have done so much to support this area hence why some of us feel it so necessary to defend his name and legacy

I don't think they are used to teams coming back at them once ahead they like to win easy. Lets hope Arsenal give them a game at the weekend

Think Newcastle doing us a massive favour is as good of a reason as any to open this up.

What they've done here on the Wirral is fantastic.
